Prior to joining Forward, Josie was a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, where she advised clients on commercial due diligences and growth strategy engagements. She worked primarily in the consumer sector, with a particular focus on health and wellness, food and beverage, and media and telecommunications.

Josie graduated cum laude from Yale University with a B.A. in History and distinction in the major. While at Yale, she served as President and Head Mixologist of Yale Pop Up, an entirely student-run fine dining restaurant that designs and serves original tasting menu concepts for 50–100 students every other week.

Outside of work, Josie enjoys creating things from scratch—whether baking sourdough, knitting sweaters, developing film photography in the darkroom, crafting cocktails, or cooking elaborate meals. She also loves traveling, scuba diving, and discovering new restaurants.
