Charlotte May is a Vice President of Talent at Forward.

Prior to joining Forward, Charlotte spent over eight years at a global executive search and leadership advisory firm in the Global CEO & Board of Directors Practice. She partnered with public companies, private equity firms, and founder- and family-led businesses on CEO and board searches across the Consumer Markets, Industrial, and Healthcare sectors. She also played a leading role in firmwide innovation, using AI to enhance search strategy, sharpen business insights, and accelerate results for clients.

Charlotte graduated from Brown University with a degree in History. She serves on the Regional Advisory Board for CareerSpring, supporting first-generation, low-income college students in building meaningful careers.

Beyond Forward, Charlotte is an avid reader, hiker, and aspiring home chef who has a soft spot for local cheese shops. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and their two dogs.
